Hello everyone, time for an updated version of my Potsdam Guide!
When I’m not busy with creating content for my blog or for clients, I love exploring nature or discovering new spots in Berlin and Potsdam.

To share my excitement about my fave places in Potsdam with you, I wrote an update to my old Potsdam guide so that you can now read this new version for your next trip to Potsdam. DIY: Longboard Handlettering Project

Awwwww, I AM SO DAMN EXCITED! Longboarding in Berlin, DIY aaaand handlettering combined in one project? Perfect! Last year after I started doing longboarding, I came up with the idea to do a handlettering project on a longboard and pitched this to a partner for a cooperation. They liked the idea, but decided on another project with me, so I kept it in mind for later and thought that I would do it this upcoming spring anyways.

A few weeks ago, after already having worked with them several times, I got again contacted by PILOT who wanted to work on a new campaign with me. They released their new PILOT PINTOR creative pens with which you can draw on a huge variety of different surfaces and I immediately thought that this would be the perfect chance to use them to embellish a longboard! Eeeeeeks, so so exciting! So what you are gonna expect in this blogpost is one of my VERY fave DIY projects so far: putting together a longboard all by myself and then embellishing its deck with handlettering. Hooray! Thus, longboarding in Berlin will even be more fun!

SO. MUCH. FUN! As you can see, I’m smiling from ear to ear and I am so happy to finally write this blogpost. :)

Handlettering Tutorial: Donut Worry

Hey online friends, how are you these days? Here’s a new project for my handlettering category: in cooperation with STAEDTLER, I created an easy to follow step-by-step handlettering tutorial for how to make a lettering with different fonts and pens.

Combined with pigment liners and pencils, I created a happy donut lettering. Make it yourself!

Longboarding in Berlin – Winter Adventures on Tempelhofer Feld

The cold winter sun, fresh air, the sound of the longboard wheels on the old airport’s concrete ground and that feeling of excitement and pure happiness – those are my days off on which I do longboarding in Berlin and go out for some adventures.

Last summer, I discovered longboarding as my new fun hobby and enjoyed my first dates with friends outside, rolling around in the park and on Tempelhofer Feld, the former airport in the middle of Berlin. This place is so special and after pausing longboarding through the winter months because of the cold, I started to feel a huge desire to hop onto the board again.
