IKEA Hack: DIY Instruments with PILOT PINTOR Pens (and Giveaway)

Hey everyone, time for a new DIY project! Together with my partners of PILOT and their awesome PILOT PINTOR creative pens, I did an IKEA hack and turned a paper bin, some wooden spoons and a squeeze bottle into a set of DIY instruments for kids to play with. I’ll show you how to make such a fun set yourself and you’ll only need very few supplies. Most of them, you’ll have at home anyways. A tiny surprise for you: one of you will be able to win a set of pens for yourself. At the end of the blogpost, I’ll tell you how to join the big creative pen giveaway!

Last year, I already used the PILOT PINTOR pens to design and embellish a whole festival outfit. The year before, I used them for a longboard handlettering project for which I designed a longboard deck with the pens.

Hello everyone! International Women’s Day is just around the corner and each year, this day is a really important one! If you aren’t already aware of the reasons, I’ll tell you some and I’ll give you advice for some steps which are – in my personal opinion – important foundations for supporting feminism and for abolishing patriarchy.

International Women’s Day is an important reminder to society of the significance of intersectional feminism, the movement to abolish patriarchy and a celebration of working women’s contribution including unpaid labor and family care to society as a whole.

Hey people! That year has passed by so quickly, I can’t believe it! So many good things have happened and soon, a new chapter is about to open!

Do you remember last year’s free handlettering calendar printable that I shared here on the blog? Throughout the year, this calendar has accompanied plenty of you and I have also been enjoying the new calendar page each month. Now it’s time for the free handlettering calendar printable for 2020!

Again, the calendar consists of a title page and 12 months with letterings and illustrations. On the buttom of this blogpost, you’ll find the PDF of the free handlettering calendar for download.
As each year, every wording has a meaning to me, many of them reminding me of important situations in which I created the design.

Hello everyone, let’s make easy DIY costumes! Halloween is coming soon and apart from this, there are always enough reasons to dress up and to come up with a costume idea.
I thought about quickly sharing old costume photos on Instagram, but then decided to rather dedicate a full blogpost to it.

During the past years, I went to so many theme parties or hosted them myself and each time, I did my costume myself. Most of the time, it was a super quick costume without much effort, skills or costs involved. So here we go, have a look at my easy DIY costumes and find inspiration for your next costume party.
