Happy Wednesday everyone! Here’s another recipe which I made for my Valentine’s Day sweet table: those cookies were visually inspired by M&M cookies I saw on Pinterest, but instead of using this recipe, I created my own one. The cookies I made are with M&M, vanilla, white chocolate and coconut rasps, yummy!
What you need:
– 350g flour
– 175g sugar
– 225g soft butter
– 200ml milk
– 1 tea spoon baking powder and half a tea spoon baking natron
– 100g white chocolate
– 200g coconut rasps
– M&Ms
– Fresh vanilla
First of all, chop the white chocolate and put it aside. Preheat the oven on 180° and put baking paper onto the paking pan.
Use the mixer to stirr the butter and the sugar until they are creamy, then add milk, flour, coconut rasps, baking powder and baking natron.
Use a table spoon to get the dough onto thebaking paper. Then take the white chocolate pieces and push them into the dough until they disappear.
The cookies have to bake a total of about 12 to 15 minutes (not longer!) so that they stay soft inside. After about 5 minutes, take them out and turn them to the other side.
Then bake them again for a few minutes and then push the M&Ms inside. Don’t do that at the beginning, because they will melt.
When your cookies are done, use a grid to let them cool down and then enjoy! :)
Mhh, I love those cookies! Flo liked them so much that he ate half of them during the first night, he couldn’t resist! :)
Happy baking!
