Hello and happy Valentine’s Day! 🙂
Here’s a last minute recipe for a sweet shake which I recently made for my Valentine’s Day sweet table. It’s a milkshake with coconut and raspberries and it’s sooo delicious!
You need:
– Coconut milk and some normal milk
– Whipped cream
– Vanilla ice cream
– Raffaellos (= German coconut chocolate candy)
– Raspberries (fresh or deeply frozen ones))
– Heart sprinkles
First of all, unfreeze the frozen raspberries. Mash the raffaellos, add coconut milk, some normal milk and vanilla ice cream and mix everything.
Pour it into a jar, then add raspberries, pour a bit of their juice into the jar, put fresh whipped cream on top and decorate your shake with sprinkles.
