Heyyy! :) Last weekend, the weather in Potsdam was beyond amazing and we had each meal on our balcony in the sun.
One day, I made pancakes with a pancake mixture we got as a gift from Jenny of wolkengleich . :)
Those pancakes are really sweet and we ate them with berries, mango and fresh, homemade jam.
I loved being outside so much, we had a four day weekend and each day, we’ve been outside for many hours, sitting on the balcony, going for a walk with Mogli, having a picnic at the lake (photos to come), eating sorbet and enjoying that we were able to get a first glimpse of summer. :)
This weekend, it’s cold and rainy, what a pity!
I hope you’re having a good time, enjoy your weekend!

Jam for summer.

Hello! :) It already feels like summer and as those who have been following my blog from the beginning already know, I make some jam each season. :)
Here’s the detailed recipe I shared last year, and in this post, I’m only gonna share a brief summary of what you need to do in order to get such delicious exotic jam. :)

You only need lots of fruits (I chose ananas, banana, mango and fresh lemon balm) and preserving sugar.

Chop up all the fruits and purée them. Mix them with the preserving sugar according to the instructions on the sugar. I used one where you need to add sugar to the fruits at a ratio of 1 to 1 (one part fruits, one part sugar). Next, heat everything in a pot, let it cook for a few minutes, sterilizie your jars with boiling water and pour the jam into them. Close the top and add some pretty fabric scraps for decor. :)
Hmmmm, my jam is soooo delicious!! :) Maybe you wanna try this, too? :)
Can’t wait for the strawberry and raspberry season to make some more flavours! :)

I’m obsessed with floral vintage dishes.

Hey, happy Monday! :) I hope you were having a great weekend! :) Mine isn’t over, yet, still two more days off. :) So far, I spent LOTS of time outsite, sitting on the balcony and being out for a walk with Flo and Mogli. Yesterday evening we had lovely guests for dinner and I managed to work on some creative projects… :)
On Friday after work, I did some second hand shopping and although I was actually looking for some tiny bowls, I found all those awesome cups, a plate I couldn’t resist buying and one little bowl. I’ll soon share photos of what I’m gonna use them for… :)
Aren’t they more than pretty? I love all those floral patterns, they’re so kitschy and such beauties. :)
Wish you a nice day, I’m planning to go outside. :)
