Hello! ;) Last weekend I’ve been working on several DIY projects and I also finished a little collection of handmade magnets.
All illustrations are drawn by hand, cut out and then I glued them onto magnets which I had also cut out myself.
Some of them can also be bought as a set and I think they look so pretty on every fridge! :)
You can find all of the magnets in my shop! :)
Which one (or which set) is your favorite?

One of those awesome surprises!

Last week, I got one of the sweetest surprises: My lovely blogger pal Anna of ann.meer got me a super precious gift, an illustration of Mogli and me in my favorite place, my craft corner. :)
I’m really one of those people who love the little things in life, the colors, precious moments, kind words, nice gestures and I really appreciate little favors and thoughtful presents, so this gift didn’t only make me happy because it’s so extremely pretty!
I simply can’t stop staring at this lovely thing!
Thank you again, dear Anna! :*

Super cute egg decor kit.

Hello again! :) I recently got this pretty kit to decorate eggs and I like it so much that I wanted to show it to you (no, this is not a sponsored post! :)). :)

This egg decor kit is made and sold by DaWanda shop Cherry Picking and includes stickers with glasses and other accessories, egg holders looking like clothes and hair pieces to happily decorate your breakfast eggs, not only on Easter. :)
Of course it’s rather for fun and not really neccessary, but so sweet and inventive and surely cute on your kitchen table when you’re awaiting guests for brunch. :)

Happy day! :)

Handmade bunny Easter baskets.

Hallo and happy Easter monday! :) Inspired by this cute Easter basket DIY I found via Pinterest, I decided to interpret the idea my own way and made two cute bunny paperboard baskets for Flo and Anja. :)

I simply cut out paperboard and for the smaller basket, I used it to make a square bowl, for the bigger one, I simply made a round ‘basket’ and put a plate underneath.

To attach the different pieces of paperboard, I used KAM Snaps which I had recently received from my new sponsor Snaply (more projects coming very soon! :)). It’s super easy, they are plastic snaps which hold together several layers of paperboard (or in other cases: fabric, leather, felt, …) and in this case, they helped me to attach the bunny ears and to hold the baskets together. This way, I didn’t need any tape or ugly fixing needles and a stapler.

Soo damn cute!

Of course, I filled both baskets with tiny surprises and sweet treats and both, Flo and Anja, really liked them. :)
Enjoy your Monday! :)

Recipe: hazelnut waffles.

Hello and happy Easter weekend! :)
I haven’t been posting a recipe for quite a long time, but last weekend, Flo changed a standard waffle recipe into making hazelnut waffles and they were simply too good to not to share them. :)

That’s how you make the waffles:
First of all, stirr the eggs and the sugar until they are creamy. Next, add the butter. Then add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, hazelnuts, honey, vanilla and milk and again stirr everything until it’s creamy. Finally spread the liquid dough all over your waffle maker (according to its instructions) and after baking the waffles, add some powder sugar. Serves best with fresh fruits or homemade fruit mash (we made it with mango, pineapples and banana, sooo good!). :)
Enjoy & happy Saturday! :)
