Here’s a new, quick and easy recipe for you: I tried out a new smoothie variation that came to my mind while we were shopping for groceries.
You just need a ripe pineapple, a sweet watermelon, and some water. First, put a few slices of each fruit aside so that you can later use them as decor. Second, cut out the flesh, remove the melon’s pips and dice everything. Purée the fruity dices and add some water, as much as you want to achieve the perfect consistency. That’s it!
I love creating new variations of a drink or meal I know pretty well, it’s always so exciting to try out a new flavor and this is sooo fresh for hot summer days. <3
