Hello readers! :) Here comes the next vegetarian recipe, maybe one of you wants to try this one, too! :) It takes a bit more time than the soup from yesterday, but I think it is worth it, and it is a really savory meal. :)
You need:
– Potatoes
– A lemon
– Garlic
– An onion
– Some vegetable broth
– Olive oil
– Small bread crumbs
– About 500g / 17 ounces of mushrooms
First, peel the potatoes, cut them in pieces or slices and let them cook until they boil and until they are soft.
In the meantime, chopp garlic, the onion and the mushrooms (of course you have to wash them before that :)) and heat about 6 table spoons of vegetable broth. Pour the broth into a bowl, add fresh lemon juice, one half of the chopped garlic and some olive oil. Later, when your potatoes are cooked, you need to pour this sauce over them.
Next, soak some small bread crumbs in water until they are soft, then press the water out. You will need them for the burgers.
While the potatoes are cooking, take the other half of the garlic and the onions and steam both shortly in a pan, then add the chopped mushrooms and fry them until they have lost moisture.
After that, put the fried garlic, onions and mushrooms into a bowl with the bread crumbs, add pepper and salt knead everything until you can form burgers. In case the pulp is too fluid, add more bread crumbs.
Put the formed burgers into a pan and fry them slowly until they are light brown outside. :)
The whole meal tastes best with some fresh curd cheese. :) Enjoy your meal! :)
Wow these look yummy!
Will have to show this to my sister as she's vegan and needs something new to try! :)
Great post

Oh, thank you, Sarah! :)
