Crafts, colors & everyday life happiness
So far it has been a crafty weekend: on Friday I’ve sewn new curtains and in order to prepare myself for the TrendMafia designer market next Saturday, I decided to make some lovely dribble bibs yesterday. :) No, I’m not pregnant, but I love the idea of making them and I wanted to use some of my cute fabrics. :) They are pretty easy to make and they are made of 100% cotton, more images can be seen on my flickr or in my DaWanda shop. :)
I love crafting after work or after studying, and to enjoy my Friday afternoon, today I made new curtains for our bedroom. :) I love the color, in our previous flat I had painted my walls light blue and I miss it a bit, but because I don’t know for how long we will be living in our current flat, I didn’t want to paint the walls here, but I missed the color.
Sewing curtains is sooo easy, you just need a huge piece of fabric of the perfect size for your window and then you have to turn down the sides and sew them. :)
Do you have any projects planned for the weekend? I want to make some new items for the TrendMafia designer market which is coming up next weekend and where I will have my first own booth. :)
Yammi, so far I’ve never eaten frozen yoghurt, but last week when I went shopping in Berlin, I tried it for the first time and it was soooo delicious!!! I’m a huge fan of yoghurt and when it is frozen, it’s even better. :) I ordered mine with fresh strawberries and strawberry sauce, it was awesome! If you are from Berlin, you should definitely visit this store. :)
Hey, I’m so excited, I finally uploaded my items on Dawanda and they can now be bought there. :) So far, it is only in German, but I will soon also write my item descriptions in English. :)
