Creating fun projects myself AND sharing my knowledge with others are some of my favorite things to do. Over the past couple of years, I have been teaching a large amount of several workshops. Here’s a brief summary for you with some of the highlights.
To hand over my knowledge to others, I have been teaching handlettering workshops, for example for DaWanda’s Long Night of DIY. For this occasion, I was giving a workshop all day for about 40 people at a time. Guests were able to come and leave whenever they wanted and I gave introductions to new arrivals and then walked around, sharing my skills, explaining the basics of handlettering and helping them with their letters. Such a fun experience!
In December 2017, I held a special Christmas workshop for ArtNight, teaching 15 participants the basics of handlettering and then creating Christmas gift tags, postcards and vouchers the same evening.
Scrapbooking & Lettering Workshop for fujifilm
In fall 2017, my long-term partner and client fujifilm asked me to host two workshops in Munich and Stuttgart for them. I held workshops for several photo industry representatives and bloggers, creating scrapbooks with handlettering and fuji’s instax camera photos.
Do-It-Yourself Workshops and Creative Events for DaWanda
During the four and a half years in which I have been working at DaWanda, I planned, organized and hosted quite a lot of creative do-it-yourself workshops.
In the course of one and a half years, I was responsible for organizing, preparing and hosting one DIY workshop for about 40 participants each week, teaching them different things like crocheting, sewing, making jewellery, paper crafts or seasonal decor. Moreover, I hosted DIY workshops at blogger events, markets and conferences, meeting many exciting people and learning a lot of new skills.
