Blogger Relations, PR and Social Media

During the last couple of years, I gained a lot of experience in the fields of blogger relations, public relations and social media and I’ve been working in marketing since 2013.

Team Lead Content & Communications at Makerist GmbH (since July 2019)

Responsible for team strategy, creative content creation, the company’s online magazine and for cooperation projects with partner companies.

– Strategic leadership role for content and communication tasks
– Ad sales coordination and partner acquisition
– Strategy, content creation and editorial work for the company’s online magazine and for partner brands

 

Content Manager at Makerist GmbH (since May 2018)

Responsible for creative content creation, the company’s online magazine and for cooperation projects with partner companies.

– Creating concepts, doing content management and the fulfillment of the role of the editor in chief for the corporate online magazine (Makerist Magazin)
– Unique content creation in terms of weekly DIY tutorial shootings, styling and photo editing
– Monetarization of the corporate blog
– Partner acquisition and sales for cooperation projects
– Blogger relations campaigns

 

Content & Influencer Relations Manager at ArtNight

Responsible for content, social media and influencer marketing.

– Revision of current influencer marketing and social media processes
– Development of new basic structures and processes and professionalization of both areas
– Involvement in the development of the new marketing strategy
– Ongoing content creation, editorial planning and community management for both Instagram and Facebook
– Responsibility for an intern and a working student, delegation of tasks and training in influencer marketing and social media, working on new cooperations and content
– Conception and carrying out of a product campaign for Valentine’s Day including doing the product photo shoot, photo editing, creation of campaign visuals, marketing merchandise, coordination of online promotion and social media postings
– Graphic creation for marketing cooperations, merchandise and online content

 

Online Marketing Manager for Influencer & Public Relations at notebooksbilliger.de AG

Responsible for corporate communication and blogger relations.

– Strategy planning and development of a roadmap for influencer marketing and public relations
– Development of basic structures and processes and professionalization of both areas
– Strategic planning and carrying out of cooperations with influencers for several electronic manufacturers
– Setting up the concept and executing a product campaign in shape of sponsored posts by lifestyle bloggers and Instagrammers, combined with a stylish blogger event in Berlin
– Generation of a best practice case for usage as a pitch for further campaigns
– Influencer contact acquisition and negotiations of collaboration terms
– Monitoring and analysis of cooperation projects
– Consulting concerning all influencer-related tasks among the company
– Carrying out of all corporate communication (e.g. giving interviews), fulfilling the role as primary contact person for journalists
– Writing of press releases and answering of press inquiries
– Responsibility for an apprentice, delegation of tasks and training in influencer marketing and public relations

 

Blogger Relations Manager at the DaWanda GmbH

Responsible for social media tasks, the blog’s editorial content and blogger relations at the online marketplace for unique and handmade items.

– Development of a blogger relations strategy fitting into the overall company strategy
– Consolidation of existing influencer relations, extension of the company’s blogger network and acquisition of new contacts in the branches of DIY, lifestyle, fashion, food and wedding
– Connecting people and building personal and close relationships with and between influencers
– Inclusion of blogger cooperations into overall marketing campaigns
– Individual planning and carrying out of cooperations with various influencers
– Development of testimonial programs
– Connecting of bloggers with other departments of the company
– Creation and sendout of virtual or analogous blogger mailings and newsletters for different occasions and coordination of blogger sendouts
– Coordination of blogger event and conference sponsoring, including DaWanda’s presence at the event, goodies and a competition or other interactive event campaign to involve guests and establish new relations
– Organizing and hosting of blogger events at DaWanda’s design markets
– Quarterly organizing and hosting of blogger theme events with catering, DIY-corner, photobooth and matching decor at DaWanda’s concept store to connect local influencers and to promote current company topics
– Development of a blog strategy which fits into the overall company strategy
– Responsibility for the blog’s editorial plan, research for new topics, content creation for the corporate blog (based on company topics, trends and styles or based on blogger cooperation input), coordination and review of guest contributor content, internal and external cross-promotion of blogposts
– Coordination with an agency for bug-fixing and major changes in the HTML-code
– Supporting the PR team’s tasks
– Supporting the PR team for DIY press requests, preparation of projects for shootings and host for DIY-based press visits
– Project management for a DIY campaign with a magazine

 

Social Media Working Student at the DaWanda GmbH

Responsible for social media tasks, weekly DIY workshops and blogger events at the online marketplace for unique and handmade items.

– Management of the company’s Instagram channel, creation of content, enforcement of follower growth
– Content creation for the company blog (seller interviews, promotion of current campaigns, acquisition of DIY content, research for and writing of influencer guest posts)
– Organizing and hosting of weekly DIY workshops at DaWanda’s local concept store
– Research for and regular booking of external workshop hosts like screenprinters or bookbinders
– Supporting the social media team during marketing campaigns
– Coordination of blogger event and conference sponsoring, including DaWanda’s presence at the event, plannung of goodies and a competition or other interactive event campain to involve guests and establish new relations

 

Social Media Intern at the DaWanda GmbH

Responsible for social media tasks, weekly DIY workshops and blogger events at the online marketplace for unique and handmade items.

– Responsibilty for Pinterest, pinning of company content
– Management of the company’s Instagram channel, creation of content, enforcement of follower growth
– Content creation for Google+
– Content creation for the company blog (seller interviews, promotion of current campaigns, acquisition of DIY content, research for and writing of influencer guest posts)
– Organizing and hosting of weekly DIY workshops at DaWanda’s local concept store
– Research for and regular booking of external workshop hosts like screenprinters or bookbinders
