Hello! 🙂 It already feels like summer and as those who have been following my blog from the beginning already know, I make some jam each season. 🙂
Here’s the detailed recipe I shared last year, and in this post, I’m only gonna share a brief summary of what you need to do in order to get such delicious exotic jam. 🙂
You only need lots of fruits (I chose ananas, banana, mango and fresh lemon balm) and preserving sugar.
Chop up all the fruits and purée them. Mix them with the preserving sugar according to the instructions on the sugar. I used one where you need to add sugar to the fruits at a ratio of 1 to 1 (one part fruits, one part sugar). Next, heat everything in a pot, let it cook for a few minutes, sterilizie your jars with boiling water and pour the jam into them. Close the top and add some pretty fabric scraps for decor. 🙂
